Cancelling an Order

Returns & Exchange

​

In the event you want to return or exchange an item, do not hesitate to contact the artist and see how she can best assist you with your purchase. You can do so within the 14 days of delivery. Please Note:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are nonrefundable.

Processing time

​

The time the artist needs to prepare an order for dispatch varies and depend on different factors. So, please be patient and feel free to contact her for follow ups.

Unclaimed items

​

Unclaimed parcels are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a re-shipping to yourself.

Lost Package

​

Every order will have its own tracking number. As soon as a parcel leave our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the parcel successfully. You must keep your tracking number safe in order to track your parcel.

Wrong address

​

 If you provide a wrong address, your parcel will be shipped back to us. You will be responsible for re-shipment costs as soon as you have confirmed an updated address.

International Shipping

​

For the moment, we deliver only in the UK (Free delivery).

However, we may deliver abroad. For special request, please contact us directly for inquiries.
